2. All sales are Private treaty between owner and buyer.  

3.  Listings are good for 30 day only and then will be removed, unless owner contacts site to update listing. 

4. The American Blazer Horse Association, Inc shall not be held liable in any way.  We do not endorse, guarantee  or promote any  of the horses listed.  All information is provided by the owner.  All sales, contracts or concerns are between the owner and potential buyers.
